The following photos were taken at the National Association of Music Merchants Convention (NAMM), Anaheim, California, on April 14, 2023. Ms. Lee visited many showcases, including piano showrooms on the second floor and the Yamaha showroom on the third floor in the Anaheim Convention Center. Lots and lots of live performances on the outdoor stages and indoor booths
On the second floor of the convention, Ms. Lee played on this hand made Fazioli concert grand, 9'2", that had a price tag of $1,000,000! Wow!
Always fun to learn about piano parts
Yamaha has the biggest showroom in the convention, on the third floor, with many scheduled live performances Where are the motorcycles? Ms. Lee played on this E-cello and was not impressed enough to buy one
However, Ms. Lee had fun on the marimba

The percussion section was very loud! Several tiny "Quiet Rooms" were set up on the side for conversations!
Taiwan had a big presentation including instruments, tools, furniture, stage, lighting, and more. Overall, it was a fun day at NAMM!
With heavy rains this winter, Ms. Lee is very happy with the growth in her garden. Look at this gorgeous green!
The following photos were taken at the Bowers Museum, Santa Ana, California, on January 18, 2023. Ms. Lee was invited to attend a private tour and lecture for the "Couture Fantasy" exhibit that provided detailed works of the most famous living Chinese fashion designer, Guo Pei. Currently, other "Couture Fantasy"exhibits can be found in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, in the USA. There are more locations around the world, such as Singapore, Vancouver, Canada, and Paris, France, to name a few. Her design studios are located in Beijing, China, and Paris, France.

Ms. Lee has been playing with the Irvine Valley College Orchestra for the Fall Semester, 2022. She was in the second chair in the cello section.
